- These SIP panels (two sheets of OSB with an EPS, Expanded PolyStyrene, white styrofoam core) were salvaged from a building constructed in 2000.
- They've been stored indoors since 2015 when the building was dismantled.
- They're in very good, usable condition.
- In combination with I-joists or LVLs these SIP panels can achieve clear spans of over 20' and establish structural/insulated roof decks.
- SIPs typically cost in upwards of $10/sf. We're selling these for $6.50/sf.
- A tremendous value for this product's R value and versatility.
- 4' wide and 16-24' feet long.
- We have approximately 4,000 sq ft of SIP panels available.
- They'll need a small amount of preparation at the margins to remove fasteners from the previous I-joists.
- They are 10" thick and have an R value of 32. We have a smaller quantity of 12" thick panels with an R value of 40.
- These can be delivered anywhere in WNY.
