  • All items are sold as is.

  • We will correct pricing and other errors.
  • Specific items in advertisements, listings and photographs are subject to prior sale.
  • Individual items may be priced higher or lower.
  • You must remove your purchase at time of sale unless we’ve agreed you can pick it up later. If you leave a purchase in our store longer than we’ve agreed to, we will return it to stock and you will be OUT YOUR MONEY! NO EXCEPTIONS!
  • We will charge New York State sales tax at 8.75% unless you give us a valid tax-exemption form or certificate at the time of sale.
  • We are a discount store. Any discounts beyond our stated prices are made entirely at our discretion. Our prices average 35% to 65% of equivalent new materials. Rare and antique materials cost more. This is a reclaimed material industry standard in the USA.
  • We have a strict NO HAGGLING policy.
  • We occasionally give an additional discount if you buy a large quantity of material at one time. Large means truckloads (think tractor-trailers).
